What is the cheapest way to call Philippines from the UK?

I have Orange Livebox internet which comes with free calls to 100 countries including Philippines. The overseas calling part of the package is currently faulty and Orange cannot give a timescale for it to be fixed. So now I’m looking for a cheap alternative so my wife can continue to spend as many hours on the phone to her family as she usually does without breaking the bank!
If people have cheap routes for calling landlines or mobiles, I’d be grateful for both.

for sure. If you call the same friend and you both have the internet, go to that site, make profiles and then you can call each other with VoIP. and if you both have cams, its better cause you can live chat and it will be like your in the same room.
